Fence repair and maintenance

When a fence gets damaged by wind, rain, or just age, you are not looking at a full tear-down. You need someone who can replace broken pickets, straighten leaning posts, and tighten loose rails without making the repair stand out. Most homeowners call when a board splits, a gate drags, or a section sags after a storm.

We start by walking the full fence line and checking every post, rail, and picket for rot, rust, or movement. For wood fences, we cut out damaged boards, set new pressure-treated posts in concrete, and match the existing stain or paint. For chain link, we re-stretch the fabric and splice in new sections using tension bars and bands.

The scope of a repair depends on how many linear feet need work, whether posts are rotted below ground, and the type of material. Access matters too: a fence against a slope or tight against a house takes more time. Weather can delay concrete curing, and matching an older stain may require custom blending.

On the day of the repair, our crew arrives with all materials and tools loaded. We protect nearby plants and landscaping with drop cloths before digging. After the work, we clean up all debris, old lumber, and hardware. You do not need to do anything beforehand except clear the fence line of furniture or toys.
